Maru Sushi and Grill is expanding business with two new locations in East Lansing and Grand Rapids.
I enjoyed spending time at Maru Sushi filming the restaurant. All of the customers, chefs and other employees were very accommodating and friendly, making my job much easier.
I worked hard on filming sequences for this story and was actually pleased with the shots I got. The b-roll of the food being prepared and the chefs using the knives and other tools made for great shots and added detail and action to the story.

I also focused on getting tighter, more detailed shots, and filming at a restaurant made this easy. I got shots of food, people chewing, using forks and knives, and other cool shots.
Overall, good experience and practice.
