Last weekend, I had the chance to spend some time talking with the senior residents in Meridian Township about why the Senior Center and they events held there, are important to them.
I talked with a lot of people, most didn’t want to be on camera, but it was obvious that people really like and take advantage of the activities at the Senior Center. The vendors were also really talkative. I asked a few, why they think this is a great facility and why they came out for this event. Everyone said, in some way or another, that they get a lot of positive feedback from residents and that they like helping these people out.
There seemed to be a lot of people interested in coming to events this year. I am sure HOMTV will be covering some of them. Stay tuned.
