Meridian Township Parks Photography Contest (the Storyboard Inspriration)

So I got my first assignment this week, and I was super excited! It’s  a promo, and the topic was the Meridian Township Park Photography Contest! I did some research on the contest and I really like how it invites amateur photographers to take pictures about what they love the most about their community. I was still stumped as to what I would feature in my promo.

That is, until I came home.

While I was walking up to my building, I notice a girl ducking around trying to chase this tiny squirrel around  and snag a picture. Each time she would get close, the mischievously  little squirrel would slip away. Then I realized, ”how often do we all try to get pictures of wildlife or anything for that matter, and we’re willing to do whatever we can to catch a picture of something so simple because we think it’s beautiful?”.

Needless to say, I now have my inspiration. Can’t wait to see how the filming for the promo is going to go next week :)
