The Lansing Lions club and Potter Park Zoo decided to pursue a sensory garden and it was completed this past week. Although the sensory garden is open, it is still an ongoing project. They will be adding more sculptures and wind chime. “Everyone should check out the zoo and the garden on September and October,” says the communication director Jake Petchel because cool weather brings out animals active and visitors will have an opportunity to see them easily.
