Okay, filming this meet went somuch better than the first one!
Okemos girl’s swim team.
The first Okemos swim meet I shot there were many things wrong. First of all, I had no idea how the scoring was tallied, it was hard keeping track of which event was which and the meet coordinator was out of rosters, so I didn’t know who was who.
As I said, many issues.
However, this meet was the opposite. I had the score sheet thoroughly explained to me, I kept track of each event, the lanes swimmers were in and the winning times, and overall it went much more smoothly.
I guess this is why internships are learning experiences.
